$100 Early Bird drawings: September 15, 2009; October 15, 2009. Early Bird Winners are still included in final drawing on December 5, 2009. Can only win early bird drawing once.
Ticket sales will be limited to 2500 tickets.
If less than 1500 tickets are sold, the raffle will become a 50/50 drawing.
Donations are not tax-deductible contributions.

Tickets will be mailed within 15 working days.
Only one (1) individual may be identified as the purchaser (or buyer) of the raffle entry. Purchaser of raffle tickets must legibly write their name and complete all information on each raffle ticket.
All ticket requests accompanied by check must be received by November 21, 2009.
If an entrant's check is dishonored by the bank, the ticket(s) will be invalid unless full payment is received for check and NSF fees by Our Lady of Victory Church prior to Decemer 4, 2009 @ Noon.
All ticket requests must be received by Our Lady of Victory Church prior to Noon December 4, 2009 to be eligible for the drawing.
Our Lady of Victory Parish and John F. Kennedy Catholic School assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, undelivered entries or entries without proper payment received, which entries shall be deemed invalid and shall be immediately disqualified.
Winner need not be present to win.
The grand prize winner will receive a 2010 Ford Mustang (includes all standard equipment). Winner will be allowed to choose color and options with the understanding that the vehicle will be ordered and they are responsible for all expenses above the MSRP value ($22,840) of the 2010 Ford Mustang. The Grand prize winner may select a more expensive Ford Model vehicle instead of the 2010 Ford Mustang, however, winner assumes all other expenses above the MSRP value ($22,840) of the 2010 Ford Mustang.
The winning car will be delivered at Lindquist Ford, 3950 Middle Road, Bettendorf, IA 52722.
The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, licensing, registration, title, license plate, shipping and delivery charges and all other fees.
If a winner receives a prize, the appropriate income taxes will be withheld.
Our Lady of Victory Church and John F. Kennedy Catholic School specifically disclaim all express or implied warranties including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose regarding the raffle vehicle.
The winner will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place December 5, 2009 at approximately 9:45 PM at the OLV/JFK Gala at The Quad Cities Waterfront Convention Center in Bettendorf, IA.
The winner will be notified by phone/email or mail on December 6, 2009 if not present.
If a selected winner is unable to be located after a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the draw date of raffle drawing, the prize or its cash equivalent will be deemed to have been donated to Our Lady of Victory Church and John F. Kennedy Catholic School.
All proceeds less expenses benefit John F. Kennedy Catholic School and Our Lady of Victory Parish. Our Lady of Victory Church is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Iowa and John F. Kennedy Catholic School is part of this corporation. It is a parish in the Diocese of Davenport.
The winner will be posted on www.olvjfkraffle.com.
