Bags are printed on two sides. Standard Production Time: 15 workings days Rush Production Available - if working schedule allows: 10 working days - Call for availability 5 working days (available on quantities under 20,000, if working schedule allows)- - Call for availability Color Changes: $71.43 We mix our own inks per the Pantone color chart. What that means for you, is that we can get you virtually any color you'd like on your bag signs. 4 digit pantone colors are harder to mix and print on this medium, but they do work. Metallic inks print great, although due to their cost we charge additional $85.00 per metallic color. You can have basically any color except for the fluorescent inks and anything in the uncoated section of the Pantone chart. We use the coated section of the color chart. Keep in mind the uncoated section is for printing on paper. Even though they have the same Pantone numbers as coated, the colors do not necessarily match when moving to the plastic sign medium. If you are printing information on both paper and polybag signs, and using the same pantone color for both; make sure the pantone color from coated and uncoated matches. Please discuss this with your account representative. They can help you through that process. Standard Production Time: Standard lead time is 15 working days. Lead time starts following artwork approval. If a problem is found with the art, the lead time will "restart" as soon as all the issues have been resolved. Artwork: Submitted artwork must be camera-ready, separated to correct imprint size. Digital artwork (disk or email) is now preferred. Steel Frames: Frames are 34" in height. Note: Pricing includes steel frame, plate charge and printing on both sides. Exact quantities shipped (no overruns/underruns on this product). · Great for: Campaign signs, Home improvement ad signs, Event signs , Signs for your business or cause. Being weather-resistant and reusable makes them perfect for Yard Signs too! Union bug available: Available upon request. May add 1-2 days to production time. | Eco Friendly:The film has additives that work with enzymes and acids in the ground, but will not bio-degrade in the rain and sun. Depending on the ground conditions and time of year, the process begins in 6-10 months. We have a limited quantity on our shelves, but will increase inventory as demand dictates. For pricing - add $.06 & $.07, depending on the size of the sign. Call your rep today for more info! Remember that our large quantity bag yard signs are printed with water based inks which is another plus for our environment! |
