Shipping policy
We offer shipping within the United States using UPS. The estimated delivery time for ground shipping & free shipping is 1-5 business days, depending on the destination. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Processing times are not included in these estimates.
Here are the estimated shipping times for Domestic orders:
- Free Ground Shipping – 1 to 5 business days
- UPS Ground – 1 to 5 business days
- UPS Second Day Air – 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days unless noted otherwise on the product page. Please note that custom orders and large volume orders may require additional processing time due to their size and complexity. We ship orders out Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the quantity, size, and destination of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process. For large volume orders, freight shipping services may be required. Our team will work closely with you to determine the most cost-effective and efficient freight shipping method.
Tracking information
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
Large volume orders
Orders with signs exceeding standard UPS size limits will require freight shipping. This applies to large signs or high quantities. Freight shipping rates include liftgate and residential fees. Shipping times are 1-5 business days depending on location. For questions, please contact us. Note: Freight shipments do not qualify for free shipping.
International shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of your order.
Here are the estimated shipping times for international orders:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Priority International Shipping: 3-5 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their country's customs department.
Weather & natural disaster delay
In the event of us temporarily closing due to severe or hazardous weather conditions that could pose a risk to our staff, we will promptly inform our customers. We provide shipping options through UPS and USPS. Delays caused by mail carriers are circumstances beyond our control, and it is recommended to address them directly with the respective carriers.
