I received damaged product, an entire box of damaged product. I sent en email with pics and didn’t receive a response. It’s unfortunate and I will not be prospering again until they make this right.
I’m quite certain they are very busy and I can understand that. However, when a customer orders something that was clearly not packaged properly the company has a responsibility to make it right. Refund or replacement are necessary in order for me to move forward and order again.
