I had ordered Happy Birthday with additional Presents package. Almost 2 weeks went by and I needed it in 2 days. I called customer support and they had said my order got put into the wrong file. They expedited shipped it to me and no extra charge and I received the morning I needed it. Was exactly as I expected it. Worked great. Glad I called though.
